These terms apply to purchases from Pretty Carry Co. through this website. Read them together with our product descriptions, shipping information, returns policy and privacy policy. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence.
Products, prices and orders
Product availability, options and prices are shown on the website. Prices are in US dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Product photographs and screen colours may differ slightly from the item; descriptions and mandatory quality rights remain applicable.
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be legally able to enter the transaction. An automated receipt acknowledges your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.
Payment and delivery
PayPal is the only planned payment method. Checkout is unavailable until the payment service is connected and the store is ready to accept orders. Once enabled, payment is handled through PayPal; do not send payment details by email.
Delivery availability, costs and relevant estimates are shown before purchase. Please review the Shipping & delivery page and contact us if any information is missing.
Cancellations, returns and account use
Use the Cancel / return an order page or email us to request cancellation or a return. Our Returns & refunds policy explains the process and your applicable statutory rights. Keep your account password private and notify us of suspected misuse.
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
